You 'held our hand' through the learning process without diminishing any of our issues. You were very thorough and informative regarding the whole process of building a home. The contract rider you provided included many items that we would have overlooked and missed out on. It was impressive and comforting that you made yourself available any time, at any hour, and that you would get the builder on the phone instantly to resolve an issue.
