Wow what a wonderful experience selling my first house! Interesting that the buyer was out of state and bought the house unseen. The buyer had trust in his agent and our hard pre-work (advise given by Lisa)! Lisa was my auto pilot and lead me through everything. Sometimes I’d forget a detail but without worry she’d lead me right back again! Her professionalism and personal caring is outstanding. I went into this process very fearful and skeptical. I left feeling refreshed and trusting. Way to go is with Lisa!!
