Lisa is amazing. Her warmth, professionalism, expertise, and kindness made a very difficult move much less stressful for us. When she didn't know an answer (which was not often) to one of the many, many questions we had, she took the time to research for us. She kept us informed through every step of the process, patiently explained every step of the process, and gave us valuable insight and advice along the way. I sincerely don't know what we would have done without her: she transformed our relocation from an event we were dreading to an adventure we are excited about.
