Lisa Sanford is a professional and personal agent. She is very knowledgeable and knows her business. It had been some years since we had bought a home in this area but she gave me names and numbers of people who she recommended from her experiences. We found a great lender, Tim Ireland, from Midland States Bank. Tim spoke highly of Lisa, so we knew then that she definitely was the right person for us. At one time, Tim hadn't responded to two of my emails (somehow they hadn't went thru - he wasn't ignoring me). I mention it to Lisa while we were at the house we were going to place a bid on (and eventually buy). She immediately contacts him and I swear within minutes; he contacted me apologizing profusely. Now that's impressive!!! She gets answers to your questions and always responds quickly. Everything was basically done via email or texts. Not like the old days when you would have to wait days to hear back about a bid, etc. For some years now we have known Lisa's husband, Walter Sanford.
