Lisa has an extensive portfolio of exciting home plans available for your consideration. You can build one of these plans, or you can adapt a plan to your own specifications to better suite your needs and taste.
We'll help you find the floorplan that best suits your lifestyle and that will work well on your site. We will carefully listen and help you customize the home design to best fit you and your family.
Design
and Build a New,
Unique Custom Home
For those who want to start with their imagination, we offer a complete design/build service. We'll work with you every step of the way from concept to closing!
- Site Inspection
We will inspect your home site to help determine what type of home is best suited for the site and what will work most economically.
- Office Conference
We'll show you examples of existing plans and provide you with estimated prices.
- Services Agreement
Signed
At this point, the basic plans are approved, initial deposits are collected and we sign a services agreement.
- Block-Out Drawings
We provide you with an artist's rendering of the front elevation and drawings of the home from other angles. We will also provide an estimate of the home's cost, plus or minus 10 percent.
- Architectural
Drawings
You provide funding for a complete set of architectural drawings which will be used for computing the final price of the home. You will receive this final price approximately two weeks after these drawings are completed.
- Acceptance and
Approval
Upon receipt of the final price, we enter into a formal agreement to begin construction on your home.
