When a seller is considering selling their home within the next 24 months, Lisa will visit with the seller and discuss the sellers goals, wants, and needs. Together the seller and Lisa will develop a plan often referred to as the "Lisa Plan" to sell their home. Other items that will be discussed include 1. How to get the home ready to sell to bring the seller top dollar 2. How to bring the seller MORE net dollars at closing. 3. The seller’s ideal time frame to go to closing 4.
